One For The Road

On a sabbatical now, I've been stumbling across quite a few interesting things. This blog is a scrapbook of sorts where I want to keep throwing in things that I find fascinating. Something like the old wooden box I had when I was a kid, which had an amazing collection of memorabilia ranging from red manchadikurus to white cars and blue gods. If you care to ferret, you might find something interesting here. One post a day. Like the title says, one for the road. Who knows, maybe two.

If Music Be...

Murakami once said, "Practically everything I know about writing, then, I learned from music. It may sound paradoxical to say so, but if I had not been so obsessed with music, I might not have become a novelist. Even now, almost 30 years later, I continue to learn a great deal about writing from good music."
